This KFC outlet had great food, place was very clean but the only problem was the service was slow. Ordered with the mobile app before I arrived there but still had to wait 20 mins there even when the outlet was quiet.

Waited 10 minutes for my order whilst standing in store. 12 orders went out after mine and I heard the staff member say to another member. Noones asked about that order so it can keep waiting. ( there was a cooking wait on chicken fillets that noone had even disclosed either).
