I cancelled all my NDIS services for Exercise physiology with CHG but they keep charging me for it despite me making multiple phone calls requesting a cancellation. This has been going on now for 6 weeks.
Never met so many miserable woman in one place in my life. The old haggard lady that does the eye test needs to adjust her attitude. They made me wait for a long as possible when there was hardly any people at the centre. A unpleasant experience.
I attended a CAT 2 Rail Safety worker medical assessment in February, 2023. After presenting at the front desk, the information sheets were processed by the reception staff. ID was asked for and provided. …

My personal experience was positive, and I felt that I received value for money. My initial impression of the occupational health service was positive, and my overall experience was highly satisfactory.
The facilities and amenities were outdated and in need of renovation, and the wait time was long. The ambiance and decor were dull and uninviting. The quality of products/services was below average, and the customer service from the staff was poor. My personal experience was negative, and I did not feel that I received value for money. My initial impression of the occupational health service was negative, and my overall experience was unsatisfactory.
