Chaco makes one of my favourite ramens in the city. It's only fitting that their sister shop, Chaco Bar, has been on my list to check out for a while. It has a similar dim and warm atmosphere when you walk in. Unlike their Darlinghurst location, Chaco Bar is more of a yakitori focused izakaya, which means there are a ton of small plates to share. The wagyu skewers were the stand out for me and their negronis and sakes are great as well. The service was very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!
