Not too impressed. First I'm forced to make an appointment to their liking (so much for putting patients first), then I nevertheless arrive at my very inconvenient appointment time and, as requested in their reminder sms, an extra 10 minutes early. Tribeca Radiology was overlooking running late for an hour and counting, and it's not even my turn yet! Besides, the staff on their early 7 a.m. shift just hates getting up early. Try asking a simple question before they get their coffee and you'll see. And not to mention that if they run out of items, they just completely ignore them and act like they never existed. Big disappointment, but I feel sorry for their patients the most.
