Maybe hire people who want to work and don’t get an attitude because they got the order wrong because they are trying to rush everyone out to close the store. If you close at 7 close clean then not before when people in a hospital are trying to order.
Very rarely you get coffee you want. Often, too hot or half full cup or just flat white regardless your preference. Food often dry

I even came here in a wheelchair and there was plenty of space for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was good, although sometimes they get the order wrong. Overall, a positive experience.
