I ordered an oxygen concentrator for my mother. The response time was remarkably slow and the ability to talk to someone to resolve issues was woeful. Given that this could have been a life and death issue the service was completely inadequate.
Woeful. If your website says you are open, then be open. When you decide to change your operating hours, ie NOW CLOSED ON SATURDAY, change your website. This will avoid people planning events on weekends, that need dry ice (knowing you are the ONLY supplier). Not happy with BOC Gas. Way to spoil a childrens' event.
