Purchased a vehicle from this place. I dealt with a car salesman named "Will Kafer." This man spelt my name incorrectly in correspondence and in the contracts despite being advised numerous times of the correct spelling of my name. …
NEVER buy a car from here. They sold me an absolute lemon - the car has only just turned 4 and I’m now up to the 12th time that I’ve presented an ongoing engine issue to Alfa Romeo - and now, between them and Stellantis (the parent company), they refuse to rectify the issue because it’s ‘cold’ and can’t be duplicated. This is a genuine issue and not one with smoke and mirrors. Alfa Romeo Australia are really appalling and almost to the point that they don’t want to retain customers. Their approach will ultimately bankrupt them. I have now initiated legal proceedings hoping to revoke the vehicle. If I go back what would I buy? I’d buy a car with a 5-year warranty. Not a 3-year warranty that opens the door for fraudulent behavior.
