Predatory parking inspectors and unreasonable council response. Literally had just parked at Sandringham beach car park, and very little signage in regards to ticket requirements. Could not clearly locate ticket machines and as a single man in my 30s with no COVID to speak of, I should not be denied the ability to pay a parking fine that wasn't requested in fees of $150.
