Very friendly and helpful service team. Easy parking being on the 1st Floor of Cairns Central Shopping Centre. At the Western entrance so right near the carpark with several wheelchair ♿️ parks available. Quite busy while I was there but the waiting time was minimal.
Got a bad blow out on front driver's on my car. First contact was excellent and the gentleman that quickly attended was friendly and very considerate and gave me good advice. Thank you
I would not recommend the RACQ Cairns pre-purchase inspection service as in the report provided by the mechanic, it was not highlighted an issue with the head unit screen of my car, and the online resolution team would not even accept proof of the unidentified issue to provide a resolution
