I placed an order on July 23. On July 31, (11 days later), I emailed asking where it was, shipping details, etc. They replied they had not shipped it yet as they were waiting on one small item they had to order themselves due to lack of stock. I specifically asked twice ‘is everything in stock and can they ship immediately?’ I would have had time to get something else if they told me they were waiting on something. My order still took over two weeks to arrive and I was able to order the ‘missing’ item myself from another company and have it delivered in two days. Would I use them again - yes; but buy a month in advanced for important events. Will choose a different company for last minute Christmas gifts.
