Nurse was good however they will not send report. This is legal and required information Jobfit must provide. Wouldn't use this service as uncooperative.

Jobfit as an organisation is the most unprofessional and unorganised company I’ve ever dealt with. You cannot book a medical over the phone, they require you fill out an online form. The online form is a long and confusing process, with multiple sections that need to be completed. Once you have done that you need to essentially ‘book in’ by submitting the form. The next available appointment is then shown to you. The appointments can be at any close or further away location of Jobfit depending on which geographical area you live in. Once you “book in” they are very prompt with taking your money, charging your credit card and if you don’t confirm in time send reminders when you don’t’. Jobfit’s official policy is no charge if you cannot complete your medical, which they don’t adhere to. As disabled I now cannot get my medical done and no refund of $250 fully paid for it. I have their clearly stated policy in writing. Stay away!!
The staff at Jobfit are extremely rude and unprofessional. They treated me with disrespect and made me feel like an inconvenience. My appointment was rushed and the nurse did not listen to my concerns. I will never go back to Jobfit and I highly recommend finding another occupational health service.
