Terrible customer focus. I feel totally disregarded. I send Scott an SMS, two days later no contact. I called them. Scott said; I will ask Williamstown dealer to call you tomorrow and I will call you to make sure they called you. It’s been 4 days since and Neither Williamstown nor Scott called me. It was new boat enquiry
