Just been to a wedding at this venue on the weekend and I am one to always support businesses with reviews. The venue is really beautiful and the set up is really well thought of. One thing I just couldn't get past was how rude, blunt and unprofessional the staff were. It was really disappointing and took away from the overall experience. The Alencia Wedding Reception & Function Space Event venue itself is great but I would suggest they improve their customer service.

However, I found the wait time for our food to be quite long, it took almost an hour to get our meals. But the taste of the food was delicious and overall good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.
