I am extremely dissatisfied with the service for Aidacare. My client was in need of a walking stick and has been waiting for over six weeks for the item. When I called them to follow up on the status of the item, they advised it was out of stock and they would need to order it. This is unacceptable as my client urgently requires the walking stick for mobility. The lack of communication and poor service from Aidacare is unacceptable.
Aidacare sell unsafe products to vulnerable consumers and when questioned about it their reply is that the products perform as intended. This is a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of people with disabilities. I had a personal experience with Aidacare where they provided me with a faulty wheelchair that caused me injuries. When I reached out to them, they refused to take responsibility for it. I would strongly advise against using Aidacare for any medical equipment needs.
