She actually listened to what i was saying re pain in my upper back and shoulder and instead of talking for my entire session as was my experience in past and over $3000 later ... she prescribed hands on therapy and now i feel great! Turned up for my follow up appointment to be told by the receptionist that I had cancelled my appt and therfore they gave my appt to someone else. I at no time cancelled my appt. Unfortunately I was provided .no consideration due to their inefficiencies.
