Excellent service. Rang up for a price on a new pool pump and Geoff told me to keep the pump I have & he'd do a rebuild. Being the middle of summer I was keen to get the pump back up and running asap. Anyway 1.5hrs later I was back there and the pump was rebuilt with new bearings, seals, capacitor and he'd pressure tested it too. And given me pointers on how to lengthen the life of the seals. The pump is running at full pressure and still silent 2weeks later. What more could you ask for? The original repair shop that quoted $500 for a repair would've had it for 2 weeks. I highly recommend them and if ever it does become necessary I'll be using them again. Good ol' fashioned customer service that goes above and beyond the normal.
Geoff and the team at Ag Power Sales & Service are fantastic. Their product knowledge, service and support is superb. I highly recommend anyone who needs a pump of any sort to go and see them.
After years of Geoff's excellent service and dedication I am extremely disappointed to learn that AgPower no longer retails Onga products. AgPower was Onga's longest serving agent and were placed on a multimillion Onga advertising list, until a recent purchase of an Onga pump revealed AgPower (nearby in Yorketown SA) are no longer affiliated with Onga. Now I have to find another dealer who will provide the same range of quality service... when I reconnect the plumbing too I find there is no longer an Onga fitting on the pump! Auxillary fittings have NO SWIVEL OPTIONS, are harshly angled and demand extra length in pipework for a squared wall fix. The builders pump space is not replacable unless I affect plaster! I've owned Onga pumps for years and with 20 years plumbing experience I will rework my pump relay, but is this the Onga standard of the 21st century? Would I replace the pump at the end of its life with another Onga? Or will I find the same quality of service & products elsewhere?
