Live 400m from a voting centre, but it's in another electorate. Only 1 table in 9 was processing voters from my electorate, the queue across the room and outside into the rain. Staff incl site mgr didn't have a clue & no decent signage. Why set up on a boundary & shunt 50% of voters into 11% of the facility? Hopeless.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I got fined due to not knowing there was an actual council election and therefore unaware when there was a council election held during the 2020 lockdown. As they/VEC did not let you know when the election was or when and how you were meant to vote!!
