Booked a day tour to Kangaroo Island for myself and a friend, we arrived at the pickup location 20min early and also meet two other people doing the same tour. To cut a long story short, the bus driver forgot to pick us up. Original pick up …
Abserlutly disgusted in there service. Had booked the kangaroo day tour with a mate, Was told to wait at our designated pick up zone at 6:15 we were there from 6am and the bus driver done a NO SHOW!!!! We had waited hours for there arrival! …
