Were helpful and problem solved. They called me back when I accidentally pushed the wrong phone input. Should have a proper call back service as they are a comm"s company like others now have installed.
Transferred to 4 different departments and everyone says you transferred to wrong department , call lasted for more than a hour. Worst customer service received in any organisation. Ridiculous
