It was our first time using Adelaide Pet Sitters when our regular pet sitter was unavailable at short notice. Even with the short notice. She managed to squeeze in a thorough meet and greet with us and our animals and came armed with all the paperwork including a copy of their certificate of insurance. One of the pets was particularly nervous, which was evidenced by a puddle on the floor, and she even cleaned this up. When one of the pets was unwell, she kept in contact with us and when we visited the vet on our return, she said her description of the unwell pet was spot on. The petsitter ensured she was familiar with all their personalities and provided detailed but clear feedback for each visit.Thanks to Adelaide Pet Sitters and particularly our pet sitter. We were able to enjoy our time away and not need to worry about our fur babies.
