This was my first wedding dress shop! As soon as I arrived at A Bridal Affair, the staff made me feel so welcome. They were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions based on my preferences. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, with spacious fitting rooms and plenty of mirrors. I didn't have to wait long to try on dresses, and the staff made sure I had a reservation so I didn't have to worry about any conflicts. Overall, it was a great experience and I found my dream dress!

However, Debbie didn't give up and went the extra mile to find a solution. She contacted other stores and managed to find the dress in the right size at a different location. The communication and effort from Debbie were exceptional. The wait time for the dress to arrive was reasonable, and the final result was worth it.
