Last October 28th (2022), on a Sydney to Noosa family road trip, my Outback transmission completely failed on the M1 outside Brisbane. I managed to limp the car in 36oC heat to this dealership (Aspley Subaru). I managed to get it to a shady spot near the service department. I entered the service area and met the receptionist who organized a loan car for us to continue our trip. We contacted our dealership in Sydney, GDL Gregory Hills who contacted you guys and arranged for our car to be towed to your service department. Big thanks to Michael in the service department along with issu3ing me with a loan car and the possibility of diagnosing our car on Monday morning. A big thank you to Michael Brodgen and the Subaru team at GDL Gregory Hills who organized our accommodation in Brisbane. Since then, Michael has kept us informed with the progress of repairs, and the communication has been outstanding. Tuesday 1st November 2022 our transfer from the roof cargo) was carried out by a contractor who was recommended by Michael Brogen, the Subiru Aspley Service Manager. Not only was the contractor incredibly professional about moving our mothers precious plants to our new unit in Stafford Heights, the contractor was very helpful and yet again, the experience at Bridie Cheshire's Aspley Subaru was an absolute pleasure. Thanks again to the service receptionist and the kind Tradesman for their professionalism.

I just had my first service there again staff were great keep me informed on progress had wrong service tyoes on by Subaru before I took out extende d warranty staff got it fixed no problems always had great service there that's why it's the only ones to touch my forester. Cheers
