I was recently in Adelaide and decided to call in as I love their range online. I am so glad. The staff were awesome and incredibly helpful. I mentioned that I had trouble winding my skeins. They demonstrated the correct steps for winding. I came home and was able to wind all my skeins. Definitely recommend

I'm new to knitting and I live in the country, and don't know any other knitters that I can ask. I only have their yarns and patterns and wanted to ask a question about a different pattern. Disappointed with their lack of assistance.
