Mitch is an absolute legend. My daughter’s Gibraltar double-bass pedal was a day late for her birthday. The initial holdup was with the supplier, Mitch advised us and expedited the process also throwing in some complementary drum sticks. The bass pedal is sounding awesome and daughter extremely pleased. A thorough recommend!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Waited for over an hour before anyone even acknowledged me and then had to deal with rude and unhelpful staff. Will never shop here again.
