Absolutely disgusted not only with your bags but also the staff, yesterday I had a 3 litre milk and a few items which were in 1 bag maximum 4.5 kilo when aparently they are rated for 7 kilo and both handles broke simultaneously walking out …
Absolutely appalling service, would rate zero if possible. After 20 years of coming here I’m done. I placed an order for click and collect for between 6pm-7pm and received the text notification to say it way ready for collection at 6:39. I …
Not a fan of how they leave pallets of meats laying out with 1 person filling (has definitely caused food poisoning in our house!), and real disappointed in the butchers being taken out, pre packed steaks aren't the same and I miss the waygu! Otherwise most staff friendly, and mostly a reliable store.
