I did a Click and Collect here today as I was time poor. When my order was given to me I could see items I hadn’t ordered immediately, I asked the staff member if they were sure it was my order, yes she confirmed. A few more moments of …
I go there because it is near me. The shop is always out of stock, even before COVID. If anything is on special you have to be lucky to get it. Fruit and veg is anything but fresh. Oh well, at least I get something to eat.

A few more moments of confusion then someone else says to me, I think you have my order, there name is different to mine. I then go right back inside and ask the staff, again, if this order is mine. Yes he confirmed, use the app and scan the QR code. When I used the QR code the order was not mine. I had to then wait for another 20 minutes for my order, annoyed I would get this from a busy place like this one.
