Always a lot of people when it's warm out so that's fine but the staff were just kinda like meh about being there and not even smiling at anyone. Also no hot food which was kind of a disappointment. Overall everyone had fun but would have been better if there was hot food.
Great pool and water park for kids and big kids. Very clean with seating and grassed areas. Nice onsite Cafe for snacks and coffee plus they do decaf. Vigilant lifeguards doing a great job. Kids under 5 free and overall very impressive!

The pool facilities were great overall, but there was a long wait time at the entrance. It seemed like they were understaffed and not able to handle the crowd efficiently.
I was not impressed by the customer service at the pool. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. I expected better service.
The atmosphere at the pool was not very welcoming. It felt crowded and chaotic, and there was a lack of proper signage and organization.
