Parked our car for us but failed to tell us that they are only staffed Monday-Friday then tried to charge us a $100 call out fee on top of their already over priced parking for us to be able to get our car keys back.
Worst parking, watch out, I hit the back in the ducting. There is guide stopper to indicate the max you can go inside. The parking was full at 10am, it was the last spot I got and trashed my car.

The parking attendant was rude and unhelpful. I asked for assistance finding a parking space and he just ignored me. Terrible customer service.
The parking lot was dirty and poorly maintained. There was trash everywhere and the elevators were not working. This is not what I expect from a paid parking facility.
I had a reservation for a parking space but when I arrived, they said they didn't have any spaces available. I was forced to find parking elsewhere at the last minute. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
