I can’t thank Tony Williams and the team enough for their hard work and effort towards our build. We were seeking another builder after a terrible experience with the original building company going in administration, as soon as I spoke to them I knew I had found a passionate and dedicated team who would produce a home we would love. They have been amazing from day one and have delivered everything we asked for and more. The customer service has been exceptional, with Tony and his team going above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. The quality of workmanship is of a very high standard and we have had so many compliments about our beautiful home. The process of building a home can be quite daunting at times but we were always reassured by Tony and the team who were always happy to answer our many questions and provide advice when needed. We have recommended Williams Designer Homes to many people and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Just thought I would update our opinion of our home after residing in it for 2 years.  We absolutely love it.  Tony and his team are true professionals and they are really good people too.  A great combination to deal with.  I don’t think we had one single issue with Williams Designer Homes after the work started.  Everyone was great to deal with and we had a really good building experience with them.  I still have an easy list of at least 9 other things I’d like them to do for us but, unfortunately, they only do new homes.  So to wrap it up, if you are considering having a home built by Williams Designer Homes, I can tell you we think they are the best.  That has been reaffirmed over the past couple of years.

After five builds from five different builders over the past twelve years, we finally told Tony that he was going to be our last builder.  We know we’re not easy to work with, but he proved us wrong.  He was easy to work with, and made the whole daunting process of building ‘our’ home easier than we’ve ever experienced before.  If we had any concerns, they were addressed immediately, and usually there wasn’t really anything wrong, just us being paranoid or not understanding.  A great couple of guys to work with, and we’re delighted with the result.  The whole experience of build 5 was as 100% easier and more enjoyable one than the previous 4 builds we have done.  These guys should be proud of themselves and we cannot put into words how much we appreciate what they have done for us to make our dream house a reality.  In closing, a great building company that is up front, honest and delivers quality on time.  One to highly, highly recommend.
