An amazing lady retrieved an ibis that was in very poor shape. Additionally, the lady who took the call took my call seriously. They were quick and compassionate, I wouldn't have wanted to touch it with a 10 foot pole but this lady picked it up like it was her baby.
We found a joey on the road after it's mum was killed by a vehicle in front of us. We called these guys and they had a fellow from about 40km away came and rescued the joey and we have seen the joey sinnce then and he is doing really well.
