Bought a 15kg of Oak Splits Firewood (delivered). Upon delivery, total weight is only almost 14kg including packaging. Made a complain, sent multiple emails, almost 2 months in now, still no reply.
Great shop with bulk of what you need in regards to smoking. I bought just over 2kgs of cherry wood for $13. Reasonable prices & great service.
Wowsers! Such a cool place. Great prices, the shop attendant was friendly, knowledgable and gave me some great advice. Dunno how I've not found this place sooner. Everything you need in rubs and smoking chunks/chips and sawdust. Will be back for sure!!
