We didn’t want to buy another one we wanted the staff to assist with this and try find another one of the same or similar. Just very bad service, would not recommend at all

From the very beginning to finish (post installation - any post installation issues were minor and rectified with efficiency) - they have been extremely enjoyable to deal with. Some months ago I wrote a scathing report and justifiably so about fans purchased from Curimundi store. Recently I had a phone call from the new manager and owner of wide world of lights, Anthony who has gone over and beyond to rectify and improve the situation. He is an awesome man. Every single issue we had has been sorted out now and we are enjoying our fans. When I think of the fans we bought initially - mainly because my husband loved them and we put up with the flaws - compared to the fans we now have - I don't know how wide world of lights ever even sold them in the first place. They should have been withdrawn from the market- so many faults especially for the substantial price. Thank you Anthony for your outstanding assistance. I will never ever not recommend wide world of lights Currimundi. Your resolve has made customers of us for life. YOU undid the mess the previous owners made long after the 12 month warranty. I can not thank you enough. And receive our sincere apologies. I must say- I have never had service to such an extent or fast action or most importantly a business that followed through with what they said they would do. Wide world of lights ought to use photos of the Tropical in their selection catalogue customer reviews
