I am highly frustrated and stressed as I am now wondering whether I will be refunded the amount in question...WU used to provide excellent service...clearly not anymore. Also tried to call Customer service but no luck and I am hesitant of going to the bank as it's been in the news that in Durban, KZN people have been conned..
