I had a great experience with one of the doctors here and had every intention of leaving a 5 star review, unfortunately due to the nature of public health services, my doctor was rotated out. The replacing doctor seemed to lack general knowledge and didn't seem very interested in my mental health. It was disappointing and frustrating.

In a nutshell, this facility is the embodiment of what is wrong with the state of bulk-billed mental health services. The staff is overworked and there is a lack of proper care for patients. It's definitely not an ideal place for getting the help you need.
