Was my first time at wellsprings and they didn't disappoint!! Left feeling extremely relaxed and with another appointment to come back.
Rude attitude towards customers,over charge through customer's credit card.Having two different rules and policies about service they provide.Put customer on call black list after taking away money,so rude!!! …
I have had many good to great experiences at wellsprings, but today was amazing! Starting off in the serenity lounge and watching and being immersed in the bird sanctuary. I had an 80 minutes signature massage and 30 minutes reflexology, both were absolutely AMAZING! My therapist Kathleen was fantastic! She listened to what my body needed and left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. During the massage, I could hear and feel the thunderstorm, this made the massage even more magical! Thank you Kathleen and the Wellsprings team for providing such an amazing experience!
