We decided to contact Weatherworld to procure a heating system. An initial payment of $180 was made as a call out fee with the understanding that a quote for the cost of the heating system would be provided. The representative who was supposed to come out to give us a quote never showed up and did not communicate with us about the situation. We had to call them multiple times to get an explanation, and they finally told us that they were unable to provide a quote and would refund the call out fee. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.
