I was very fortunate to be able to see Dr Rutley recently to undertake root canal therapy. I found him to be an excellent practitioner especially as I was really worried and a bit scared. He was so professional, caring and great at explaining everything throughout the procedure. I highly recommend him.
When you go in for your consult he is nice to get your business, but when I had the procedure done he was rude and classless! Apparently, my mouth didn’t open wide enough so he tried to force it open beyond the jaw's capabilities. It was a painful and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn't recommend him.
