We had loyally been with one of the big 4 banks for over 45 years and needed to partially finance a modest development. Although we had more than adequate equity in our existing home/business and existing investments, we were told it would be impossible to achieve the loan because our business ownership structure was too complex - we were basically financing ourselves. VISION Finance, particularly Phil, understood our structure and was able to make the application to one of the big 4 banks not only convincing but entirely reasonable and easy to understand. We couldn't believe how receptive the bank was and how quickly the loan was approved. We will engage Phil's services again when we apply for a loan for the next development, with the knowledge we are in the hands of a highly competent professional.
After having a denial from another mortgage broker, we were given Philip's number by multiple people/solicitors saying he was the "go-to guy" who could get us the loan we needed. We needed a complex loan due to a separation and never the less Philip got the loan approved for us, made a settlement date rush through at the bank and we are now in our lovely home. We genuinely cannot thank him enough for this and although it has now been 12 months plus since we spoke to him we still think very highly of his assistance and could not recommend him more. 5 out of 5 stars!
