Singling out an individual store as giving poor service and assuming that is the same for all stores nationwide, I think this is just unfair and also a little bit irrational. I would rather approach the store where poor service was received and let the manager deal with the situation, rather than stab every other branch and staff member. More telling about the reviewers character rather than the actual issue.
