From the admin team to our pediatrician Michelle, we have always been listened to, supported and every aspect of our child's health and wellbeing addressed with the utmost professionalism.
Unbelievable, I had a consultation booked in with Sarah Morris I emailed and called the office multiple times - left a message in the morning, as there was a lot of traffic and road closures and accidents on the road. I was travelling over half an hour from Ferntree Gully to be there and with the delays. By the time I arrived at the surgery, they refused to see me, even though I had phoned ahead. I could understand if I had been late for the appointment, but I was bumped for somebody else. Very unprofessional and cost valuable time and money. I did not even get a phone call to let me know.
