The staff have always been helpful. The mail order service is of a high standard. Love stopping here on my way to and from Canberra. Mittagong is my original hometown and I love visiting but this shop makes my day.

Appalling customer service. I reported a faulty product via e-mail and was basically accused of lying. The staff member's response to my query was rude, condescending and full of attitude. If this is how you like to be treated as a customer, then this store is for you.
