Called them to update contact details, still hasn't been down every time I call them they do it over the phone but still the same. Called them to organise bin to be emptied for certain days get told all booked …
Bins not emptied on two occasions. Rang to get them collected, but never did. Poor service
During the winds last night some bins had blown over in Claremont and I watched one of the truck drivers get out and pick bins up and put the rubbish back in. Was lovely to see! Well done
