Great service and no hard sell to get hearing aids despite having moderate hearing loss. Sensible advice and recommendations have actually made me more likely to get hearing aids sooner than I planned, whereas a hard sell would have made me annoyed.

I went to see Romeo in Brisbane in relation to my elderly dad’s hearing aid. It was not working and he found the experience very frustrating and daunting. Romeo spent a considerable amount of time with my dad and after a thorough assessment advised a plan of action and future needs. I was relieved and felt that my dad was in safe and competent hands. So relieved that the new hearing aids and trauma of last week don’t frighten him into not seeking better hearing.
My family are for sure very grateful to the staff at Value Hearing for providing me with hearing aids that have changed my life. I am hearing sounds that I thought I would never hear again. Very grateful. Highly recommend paying them a visit.
