These days it's extremely hard to find personalised service in a music store. Particularly when 99% of trade happens online. I have truly tested the staff at Turramurra Music by, on occasion, purchasing things like small quantities of musical sheet and jazz books as well as reeds. I can guarantee you that there are many suppliers who would balk at supplying only one reed or three sheets of music. Turramurra Music has always made the purchase quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. They have old-school service with a smile and I truly appreciate it.
