I recently went to purchase a vehicle from this place and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the dealership's service. From the start, the salesperson I dealt with was arrogant and unprofessional. They had no empathy for my situation and seemed more focused on making a sale than helping me find the right car. The car I ended up purchasing had several issues that were not disclosed to me, and when I brought them up with the dealership, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Tru-Blue Motors and would not recommend them to others.
