Jo went beyond - spent plenty of time understanding fit and adjusting saddle and explaining what he was doing to ensure i could easily understand. I highly recommend talking to Jo at Trek Richmond

I've had good experiences with Trek Richmond before, but my interaction with Charm was my favorite so far. Charm asked great questions to understand my needs, test fitted me for bikes, and shared information to help us make thoughtful decisions. Charm was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole process. This was such a relief, since I had been nervous about deciding how to invest in biking and had gotten burnt out from going to other shops. Charm put in extra effort to address my concerns and it made a big difference.
Found the staff and management really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Bought the Trek Marlin 6 and its a great bike, exactly what I wanted and hasn't let me down yet!
Had a small issue with a wheel buckled, had a relatively small amount of time (30 mins plus) so popped in. Spoke to a staff who was initially quite dismissive and said depends on what the workshop guys are doing which ultimately wasn’t very helpful but then there was me being an Ellen and not knowing much about bikes and how long things take. However a manager then came and grabbed the bike so it got sorted and the bike is back to its awesome self again!

Great store, excellent service. My wife bought me a new Trek bike from Trek Richmond and she said the customer service was excellent. When we visited, they were very helpful and the sales staff very friendly. The range of bikes is really good and the after sale service was outstanding. The store is convenient and has a huge amount of accessories etc.
Got my bike serviced here and the customer service was great. Such a friendly team and they did a great job. Would highly recommend.
The team here were great in helping me choose the right bike. They were on hand to answer the smallest questions and after a couple of visits I was able to confidently purchase the right bike for our needs. They offered to help with some accessories, another bike etc but we were sorted. Great staff, great selection, great service
I recently visited the Trek Richmond store with a minor brake issue where the calliper would occasionally rub and squeal, staff were very friendly and the service was prompt and the whole issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Many thanks.
Great little store with wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Really glad I chose Trek for my first 'proper' road bike! After Marty helped me see the light, I had to negotiate international shipping and even the Team Members in customer service and reservations went above and beyond to make sure I would get the bike of my dreams! Good job on selecting team members and training, Trek Richmond!
