Always been supportive of the Trek Brand. When I had an issue with a frame on 2 of my Remedy's the store went over and above to sort out the issues. I was suitably impressed and purchased a Slash. I would highly recommend Trek Penrith.
The services provided were of exceptional quality, coupled with a reasonable pricing structure. Despite traveling for more than 50 minutes to reach the store, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. I highly recommend engaging with Andrew, whose exceptional customer service skills truly enhanced my experience.
The workers in the shop are friendly and helpful, however I cannot say it’s perfect experience after 1 months use, the bar tape is loosen which apparently caused by installed improperly, and there is some settings are wrong.
