Working with Traxx is a delight. We offer finance solutions and each time Traxx has a customer requiring a solution or a second opinion we are there to help. The customer service staff and sales team and great to work with and we really value the partnership.
Bought a saw from Traxx which was a sale item. It has issues. After repeatedly trying to find a solution with the company, I am told "you can't help some people". Very unprofessional response. I'll be shopping elsewhere in future.
