I had been searching for a particular carry on suitcase and found it at this store. I rang this shop on a Sunday & was told there was only one left so asked if I could put on hold until I could collect the next day . I explained I may not be able to get there before closing time but was told it would be put by with my name on it until end of next day, so went out of my way despite being rushed to get there on Sunday. When I arrived a female staff member went to the back & when she returned I thought she was going to give me the suitcase but she said she actually sold it & she told me another customer had my name . I said why didn’t they call me to confirm it was still there. She said they don’t make outgoing calls & I should have called. I said she should have asked me for my phone number befor she went to check. She didn’t ask for it. I felt upset & irritated that I went out of my way meticulously for nothing. She offered no apology & wasn’t really overly fussed at my annoyance. This shop took no responsibility & I’d swear a customer had my bag put aside that I was going to collect.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I purchased a suitcase and when I got home, I realized it was damaged. I went back to the store to exchange it and was told that they do not accept returns. They offered to repair it, but I was not satisfied with this solution. The staff were not helpful and did not offer any alternatives. I will not be shopping here again.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They did not listen to my needs and provided no assistance in finding the right luggage for my trip. The store was also poorly organized and it was difficult to find what I was looking for. I would not recommend this shop.
