Visited the branch when it was pretty busy. I was assisted by Nora, she was very lovely and speedy with her service! She and her colleague were both very friendly. Would definitely recommend their service to others :)
Tracey was extremely pleasant and professional. I was in and out in less than 8 mins. Converted US currency to AU and was on my way. She was also very helpful in sharing details about local hot spots
Sold Thai baht of 1090 to get 39.40 AUD only to find a shop in Murray St offering a much higher rate aligning with Transfer wise. Do your research as I should have received at least $5 more
